Returns Policy
Returns and exchanges can be requested through our e-shop if you have made a purchase online.
To start a return, please Contact Us within 14 days of delivery. After evaluating and accepting your case, a return label will be provided to you by email to send the parcel back to our premises. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
If the item shows signs of wear, has been used or has been altered from its original condition in any way a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
It is not possible to return or exchange:
- Made to order or limited items.
- Custom orders.
- Items that have been engraved, modified or personalized in any way.
- Gift cards.
Exchanges
The best way to ensure a successful exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
